Direction :
1) Wet the towel and wring out firmly. (Caution: Do not heat if water still fall in drops from the towel.)
2) Treat it with 500~600W microwave heating for 30 seconds.
(Caution: Do not heat more than 30 seconds.)
3) Check the temperature of the towel with hand, and cover it over face after unfolding.
(Caution for possible overheating)
4) Place the towel on face as matching the center of it on nose, and pat lightly with hand. Remove it after 1 minute when it cools down.
When microwave is not available: Soak the towel in 38~42C water for 5 minutes and apply it after squeezing the water out enough.
When using as a cooling mask, use it after wetting and keeping it in refrigerator.
